Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Rental rates include all taxes, cleaning and gratuity
- Rental rates range from $2,000 to $3,500 based on the demand for certain weeks (4th of July, Blueberry Festival, etc.). A 50% deposit is due within 10 days of reserving to hold the week. The remaining 50% is due 30 days prior to arrival date along with $250 security deposit. The security deposit is returned within 2 weeks of departure. Should cancellation be necessary, we charge a $75.00 flat fee. If the cottage can be rebooked for that week, all funds will be returned, less the $75.00 flat fee. If the cottage cannot be rebooked, all funds paid will be forfeited less the security deposit. We will provide a rental agreement at time of reservation. Check-in time is 3:00pm EST Friday and check-out is 10:00am EST the following Friday.
