Its grassy area and fire pit create both a relaxing and entertaining ambiance. Lounge outfront, watch the world go by, enjoy your kids safely playing on the walk street, cook outdoors on the BBQ, or dine in the front yard. Use the back enclosed patio for private breakfasts or nighttime dining. Shower outdoors after a day at the beach. This is a dream location for a superb vacation. This great spot is ideal for many uses from family to celebration to retreat to work or relaxation.
Parking available for 3 cars. Weekly housekeeping services available for 2 days by long term family housekeeper at no extra charge.
Within 10-20 minutes by car check out other beach towns that offer movie theatres, outstanding restaurants, and shopping at retailers such as Trader Joe’s, Costco, Target, Nordstrom’s at the Galleria Mall. Famous Hermosa Beach is 30 minutes from downtown LA and 15 minutes south of LAX. Disneyland, Magic Mountain, and other Los Angeles attractions are within 30 minutes to one hour. Whale watching, sailing, and pier fishing are 5 minutes away from Casa Playa Hermosa. Famous art theatre and shows are held every summer in Laguna Beach. Los Angeles has many free cultural art and music events to include free jazz on Friday nights at LACMA and outdoor DJ at MOCA.
Golf: Donal Trump and Los Verdes golf courses are along the coast 15 minutes away. For the avid golfer there are many other courses available.
