Easy few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants of central downtown Belmont Shore. #1 rated beach for kiteboarding in California. New kiteboarding school located on beach directly across the street. Ride owner provided bikes to grocery store, Queen Mary, Spruce Goose or Aquarium of the Pacific. 10 minute drive to Long Beach airport. 40 minutes to Disneyland
Fabulous ocean views from each floor: Each floor of this home provides direct views of the ocean and beach activity. Sunsets are incredible!!! Outdoor heaters for each deck allow year round comfort. 3rd floor deck is 30ft x 30ft. Wall of sliding doors opens entire width of home to deck for tremendous 'outdoor living room'. Private deck for each floor is almost impossible to find, especially with ocean front location.
Luxury construction: This duplex was custom constructed by lifetime Long Beach residents to fulfill the need for a beautiful home to accommodate visitors. It was designed to maximize the rare combination of oceanfront views, outdoor spaces and the Belmont Shore location.
