- In general the costs for the house rental is $200/per room per night but this depends the party size and on the season and availability. Winter peak season rental rate depends on party size with larger parties obtaining the 200 room rate instead of the 225-300$ room rate. This makes the house rental the rate 800-1150 nightly depending on how many rooms you desire,.... and for a weekly rate there are discounts depending on peak or non peak season. 7 day weekly rates vary from 4000-6300 but with greater then 2 weeks there is some discounting depending on season and availability.
