* Arrival walk through explains amenities and mechanicals.
* Available Saturday/Sunday 3 pm to Saturday/Sunday 11 am. Flexibility discussed.
* Owners reserve the right to cancel reservation with a TWO MONTHS notice and return deposit.
* 10% DISCOUNT FOR MULTIPLE WEEKS.
* A $300 damage deposit (returned within 1 week- net of extraordinary cleaning or damages)
In Season;$275/night-2 nights minimum preferred
May: beginning Memorial Day & Cornell/Ithaca Colleges graduations June; $250/night.
Off Season: May/after Labor Day $200/night (2 minimum nights) - Weekly from $700-$1400 - - - -$300 refundable security deposit returnable after 1 week. There is also a $300 refundable pet deposit. $100 cleaning fee will be deducted from security deposit, at departure.
Nightly and weekend rates available upon request. Also available to rent year round!
