This beautifully decorated house in West Ocean City, MD. built in a resort community of Bayside overlooks the Assateague Island and close to beaches, OC outlets, movies golf couses, restaurants, water park, marina & much more. The clubhouse features state-of-the art fitness center, game room, indoor/outdoor pools, tennis court, tot lot, a crab pier, fishing ponds and a kayak dock. Free shuttle to the beach and boardwalk every 1/2 hour on Saturday and Sundays. The area offers parasailing, jetski, kayaking, deepsea fishing, put-put golf Go-Kart raceway among many other recreational activities and miles of sandy beaches. The house features a spacious family room, sunny breakfast area, large gourmet kitchen, formal dining room and living room. TVs, cable, DVD, VCR, games and movies. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking and eating utensils, plus a MARGARITA MACHINE or JUICER. The laundry room located on second floor. All you need to bring are your linens and towels.

Frontiertown amusements & water park, OC Outlets, movies, Go-Karts are around the corner. Down the road are the beaches of Assateague Island National Seashore where you can stroll in the sand and see wild horses roam the beaches. If you just want to rest, enjoy the day by the crystal-blue pool or rest under the gazebo and enjoy the ocean breezes. Easily accessible from the metrolitan areas of Washington, DC, Wilmington, Baltimore & Philadelphia. This private community is a luxurious year-round retreat where dreams of the good life become a reality. We only rent to adults 25 and older.
