This is the perfect location to enjoy all 4 seasons in Grand County. Summer activities include world class golf at Headwaters Golf Course, trout fishing on the Frasier and Colorado Rivers, rafting, hiking and mountain biking on the trails right outside of your door. Lazy summer days can be spent hanging out in Grand Lake or Winter Park at the fun shops and restaurants, or just sit on the deck and watch the sun set over the Never Summer Range.
If you are looking to play in the snow, look no further. With the ski lift right outside the door, you are able to ski and snowboard right up to the house. Watch your kids ski from the back deck or the hot tub! Sleds and snowshoes are provided for those who wish to explore the hill at a more leisurely pace.
The home includes an office desk and wired/wireless Internet - a great place to “work from home”. A one car garage is attached to fill with your mountain bikes! After a day of playing you can visit Hot Sulphur Springs for a hop in the famous healing waters. Evenings can be enjoyed by playing board games or the piano by the fireplace.
