Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- 500.00 security deposit required - Other condos are available at different rates.
- A month is based on four weeks. Weekly reservations begin on Saturdays. Rates subject to change without notice.
Deposit and Cancellation Policy - For refund of deposit, cancellations must be made 30 days prior to arrival for weekly reservations and 60 days prior to arrival for monthly vacation rentals. There will be a refundable $500.00 security deposit or $40 (plus tax) non refundable damage waiver required for any reservations.
Security deposits do not convert to rental payment and will be returned 15 days from departure.
Arrival - Check-in time is 3-5pm. Check-out time before 10:30 am. Check-ins will be at the office indicated with your confirmation information. You must arrive before our office closes. We may be able to handle late arrivals, but only with advance notification. You must call us during office hours to make arrangements. - Office Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, open Saturdays from June to the middle of August 9am - 5pm. We are closed Sundays and most federal holidays.
Tax - State sales tax and county bed taxes are mandated by these agencies and are subject to change without notice. You will be charged current tax percentages on your rental at check-in time. The rate is 9% (6% state tax and 3% county bed tax).
Cleaning Fees - Standard cleaning fees may be subject to additional charges depending on the condition the unit is left in. Current standard cleaning fee will be 70.00.
These rates do not include state sales tax. Rates are set by our cleaning vendors and are subject to change without notice.
Pet, Parking and Vehicle policy - Sorry, no pets. There is a maximum of 2 parking spaces per unit. No boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs may be parked on the property.
Not responsible for articles lost, stolen or otherwise left behind.

- The master suite has cathedral ceilings and has a beautiful ocean view. The mattress is new and is a large pillow top king, Very Comfortable! The second bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a twin. It has an ocean view as well. There is a comfortable sleeper sofa in the living room, which is a very large area. This condo is extremely spacious at 1770 sq feet. THIS CONDO IS SPACIOUS! JUST PURCHASED A 42' LCD FLAT SCREEN TV FOR THE LIVING ROOM !!!!

St. Augustine Beach Condo Details
Sightseeing: There is so much to see and do in the St. Augustine area that in 10 years of going there, I have not seen it all. Enjoy the tour of the old fort and walk to historic street of downtown. Every night they have a walking ghost tour that is as interesting as it is chilling!! The restaurants are amazing and some of the best are the Columbia on St. George Street, Creekside which has live entertainment nightly.
The Beach: Nothing compares to the wide, sandy beaches of St. Augustine. Listening and watching the waves is the most soothing pastime in the world. Children can build sand castles and play in the ocean ripples coming ashore. Best of all, this condo is so close to the boardwalk and that is so convenient. The pool is right beside this condo so for children, they can be watched from the balcony.
Condo Decor: This condo is decorated in the bright beach colors that remind you of the sand, sky and surf. The furnishings are all new and so are the kitchen appliances. There is a comfortable cottage feel to this condo and the grounds give the allusion of being in a far away Mediterranean village. It truly is a beachside cottage and a visit to remember.
