Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Weekly and partial weekly rates will also be charged a $49 Damage Protection Fee (non refundable) and a $100 cleaning fee. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, valid checks and money orders for payment. To reserve the rental, you must pay 50% of the rental fee within 7 days of booking. Balances, security deposits and cleaning fees are due 30 days prior to arrival. Bookings within 30 days will be required to pay in full to hold reservations. Cancellations: All deposits are non refundable unless property is rebooked. If a new reservation is booked at the same rate, you will be refunded the paid rental fee minus a $100 processing fee. No credit will be given for shortened stays due to late arrival or early departure for any reason, including weather conditions.
