- The main floor has an indoor/outdoor terrace living room with double sliding doors into the full dining room that seats 8. The interior living room has a solid stone wall and windows that overlook the pool, garden and sea. The gourmet kitchen is complete with everything a cook could need to create incredible meals for yourself and your guests. A comfortable large bedroom with king-size bed with walk-in closet and luxurious bath complete the main floor. The grand staircase leads to the second floor with private master suite with canopied queen-sized bed, exotic indoor-outdoor bathroom, den (which sleeps 2) and a private veranda with views 80 km to the north and south. Other amenities include a spectacular private pool, an exotic outdoor shower, BBQ and creative lighting both inside and out.

A quick note about Pipa. : This former fishing village has become a sophisticated international tourist destination. It is where natives, surfers, vacationers and a very upscale clientele enjoy the sun, surf and nightlife together. And, it is still unspoiled Brasil where BMWs pass donkeys on the road, everyone gets along and the vibe is always “tudo bem.” For us it is a unique place to experience Brazil’s famous North East beaches. It truly is paradise for those who are first time visitors, or returning year after year to this very special little town. Come enjoy Pipa for yourself!
Weather and Further Web Site Information: Average daily temperature is 28 C., 85 F. Pipa is blessed with gentle breezes day and night. In the full sun the temperature rises and in the shade it is heavenly comfortable. This is the tropics and we strongly suggest you use sunscreen, hats and protective clothing to protect yourselves. Casa Magnolia is 'naturally air-conditioned' and there is a ceiling fan in the Guest Suite bedroom for your added comfort. You also can Google 'pipa brasil' to learn more about this magical hideaway. It is also fun to see Pipa from GoogleEarth!
Other Amenities and Tours: We can assist with all your travel needs once you arrive in Brasil. Our House Manager and Tour Manager can book side trips for you to the enchanting island of Fernando de Naronha, dune buggy rides, tours of Natal and the surrounding region and lots more!
