• $100 Cancellation fee will apply to all canceled reservations.
• Additional Fee may be applicable (i.e., Optional $150 per week for heating the swimming Pool, etc.) Our Pool is not a regular standard pool is really big and cost more to heat. 22' x44'. 80 Degrees F.If you want the pool to be 85F to 95f degrees it is $250 per week. - Full payment must be received 60 days prior to your stay.
You can pay by Cashiers Check or PayPal.
If payment is not received by the due date, the reservation dates become open and available to others on a first come first serve basis.
$100 Cancellation fee applies to all canceled reservations.
60 days notice is required for any cancellations.
The house comfortably sleeps 13, add $25 per person over 13 guests.
Reservation Deposit is non- refundable if reservation is canceled less than 60 days prior to the reservation
