PLEASE EMAIL BEFORE TRYING TO CALL. The Gulf Terrace Condominiums are situated on 26 lush, gated and manicured acres in the Heart of Destin. Located on Highway 98, these condos are next to the Destin Resort and across from the Emerald Towers and SunDestin Condos. Destin's sugar white beaches and emerald waters are across the street. The beach, as well as over 20 restaurants, shopping, water park, and amusement park, are all within a five to ten minute walk. If you have teenagers, they can walk to all the fun things to do. There are three pools and tennis courts, a basketball court, and a fresh water lake on the property for fishing. Parking is at your door and the condos are in two story buildings. Pets are NOT allowed, No Smoking. This condo is located on the main floor and is easily accessible with no stairs to climb. Hurricane Policy: HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY - No refunds will be given unless: a. The National Weather Service orders mandatory evacuations in a 'Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning' area and/or b. A 'mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning' area of residence of a vacationing guest. The day that the National Weather Service orders a mandatory evacuation order in a 'Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning,' area, we will refund: Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered, Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the 'Hurricane Warning' period.
