Venice boardwalk and Abbot Kinney (with all its entertainment like Main Street) is 8 minutes walk. 3rd street promenade and pier are only a five minute drive.
Other Activities: At beach there is bicycle, roller skate & footpath, goes frm Marina del Rey to Malibu. There is: surfing boating volley ball kiddies park & entertainment
