The living area on the third floor includes a kitchen with Dacor appliances, wine cooler, bar area with seating for 4, gas fireplace, dining area, media room with 50' flat screen TV with surround sound, VCR and DVD player. The third floor also has a powder room, living room and game table (converts from extra dining table to poker table and bumper pool table). The large deck outside has a barbecue grill(infrared TEC Grill) and outdoor furniture for your sunning pleasures. The house has granite in the bathrooms, Master Bedroom wet bar and kitchen. Ceiling fans throughout.

We are a half a block from the beach. There is a one car garage and room for two cars in the driveway. Street parking is permitted as well. Just minutes away from all of the Atlantic City casinos, entertainment and restaurants. So if you are looking for a quite, charming, safe seaside town with plenty of nightlife and entertainment five minutes away then renting this house in Brigantine, New Jersey is for you.
