A private pool, & a resort style community pool...: The very large back porch steps down to a deck surrounding your own private pool with its carefully designed and tended landscaping. You can enjoy your own pool or walk to the spectacular community pool a couple blocks up the road. The community pool is very large and even has a waterfall.
Additional features & services...: This home includes washer/dryer, central A/C and overhead fans throughout. Cable television is included. Wireless high speed internet service is also included, and may be accessed from anywhere in the house or in the back yard. There is off-street parking for two cars. Daily maid service is available on request. If you wish, we can arrange for catering as well.
