Cortes Island House Details
Kw’as Lake House: Owner built by artist Pierre de Trey, the inside of this unique post and beam wood house was described by one guest as “like living inside a sculpture”. It was built with local wood, much of which was milled from fallen trees on the property, and many doors, stained glass windows, maple wood floors and fixtures were saved and lovingly refinished from turn of the century Victoria homes.
