Payment Options & Cancellation Policy: Cashier's Check, MasterCard, Money Order, PayPal, Personal Check, Visa If you cancel your reservation more than 90 days in advance of your scheduled arrival date, there is no cancellation fee; cancel within 90 days, 25% cancellation fee; cancel within 30 days, 50% cancellation fee; no refunds for cancellations within 29 days.
Deposits: Initial $100. deposit to hold reservation, with another $500. security deposit due 90 days before arrival, with all deposits refundable, except for $85. cleaning fee and any damage or loss to property.
Other Policies and Fees: Check in time is 3 p.m.; check out time is 11 a.m. A cleaning fee of $85. will be deducted from security deposit. Complete maid service for $20. per day, subject to availability. You should request maid service at time of reservation. An off-site secured storage condo, 13'x40', located 2 miles from the duplex, subject to availability, rents for additional $60./week; excellent location, just minutes from Windsor State Park launch area.
