If you cancel your reservation within 90 days of your occupancy date there is cancellation fee of 25% of the first month's rent; cancel within 30 days of your occupancy date there is a 50% cancellation fee of the first month's rent; no refunds for cancellations within 29 days. Deposits: Initial $100. deposit to hold reservation, totally refundable with your paid reservation. A $400. security deposit due 90 days before arrival, totally refundable, except for $85. cleaning fee and any damage or loss to property.
Other Policies and Fees: Check in time is 3 p.m.; check out time is 11 a.m. A cleaning fee of $85. will be deducted from security deposit. Complete maid service for $20. per day, subject to availability. You should request maid service at time of reservation. An off-site secured storage condo, 13'x40', located 2 miles from the duplex, subject to availability, rents for additional $60./week; excellent location, just minutes from Windsor State Park launch area.
