Step from beach, this open and airy, home is capable of accommodating up to 10 in complete comfort; no sofa beds for you and your guests! 1st floor: 3 large bedrooms-two w/queen beds. Third room has a set of twin beds. Large large dining area with fully equipped kitchen. Over sized breakfast counter is surrounded by Italian granite counter tops and beautiful maple cabinets. Covered outdoor deck seats 8 and allows views and sounds of the Gulf of Mexico. Cantina area perfect for throwing back and relaxing with friends/family. Large living area has TV/DVD/VCR. 2nd floor: 2 more large rooms. One with king bed/private bath. Second room with a set of twin beds. Another large living room with TV/DVD. Out door third deck perfect for soaking up S.W. Florida sunshine. Laundry room on this floor.

Notes: Who needs a pool? The ocean is literally steps away! There is a small, waterpark north of our home, where you can spend an afternoon to get in some fresh water. Great shopping near by. Miromar outlet shops, Tangier Sanibel shops and the new Coconut Point outdoor mall are within a half hour drive. Take a day trip to Sanibel/Captiva islands. Steps south on the sand is a convenient location to rent jet skis. Same company offers jet ski dolphin viewing trips. Great restaurants are also close by. Don't want a car? Fort Myers Beach Trolley service stops at the corner of our home. Cafe Cinema close by where you can view current movies at dine at the same time. Very unique.
