CANCELLATION POLICY:
$50 processing fee for all cancellations 90 days from check-in. $100 fee for cancellations between 60 & 90 days. $250.00 cancellation fee for Holiday Season cancellations between 60 & 90 days. No refund for cancellations within 60 days of arrival, unless we secure a comparable reservation to replace yours. Your refund will be prorated less a $100 processing fee.

Air conditioned, 2BR/2BA condo, with fully equipped kitchen. The condo comfortably sleeps 6. King bed, 2 twin beds, children's tri-fold futon, ceiling fans, cable TV, DVD, Wi-Fi high speed internet, & CD stereo. All linens and towels are included. Washer and dryer is located in the unit. We also provide beach equipment & beach towels for your enjoyment. Parking is reserved and free. Miles of gorgeous beaches, world championship Wailea golf courses, shopping, luau's, night life & restaurants are all nearby. Tennis, horseback riding, whale watching, swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, windsurfing, sailing, parasailing, fishing, Mt. Haleakala, bike riding, hiking, Maui Ocean Center Aquarium, Marine Preserve, Maui Botanical Gardens, fitness & aquatics center, & multiplex movie theatres.
