It is close to the Beach, Lake, & Casinos and just a few blocks from The Tahoe Seasons Resort and some great restaurants including the impressive Christiana Inn. Nearby is the Fabulous Heavenly Village with over 40 unique shops, eateries, and entertainment venues, and the Heavenly Gondola which takes visitors to the top of Heavenly! There is simply no finer location from which to enjoy all the many wonders of Lake Tahoe.

Heavenly Valley House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Winter & Summer Dec 1 to April 1 AND June 1 to Oct 01 $275 per night.
    Spring & Fall 04/01 to 06/01 & 10/01 to 12/01) $250 per night. $1500 a week.

    Christmas & New Years Week $450 per night. 5-night Minimum Stay
    All Federal Holidays (there are 10) ~ $350 per night. 3-night Minimum Stay.
    $175 Cleaning Fee and a $500 to $1000 fully refundable security deposit.
