Scarborough Beach House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Summer reservation Info: A signed rental agreement and 50 percent deposit required at reservation. The final 50 percent plus the refundable damage/security deposit is due 30 days prior to occupancy. Security deposit is refunded within 14 days provided the house is left clean and without damage.
Renters must leave house as when they arrived. Optional cleaning service available. Please ask for details.
Reservations made within 30 days of stay require payment in full.
School year rentals require a signed nine-month lease. Rent is collected by semester. Fall Semester rent is due August 1, 2008 and Spring Semester rent is due December 1, 2008. One month's damage/security deposit is due upon lease signing.
