Cleaning fee of $125 is due with final payment and is non-refundable.
Reservations made within 30 days of stay require payment by cashiers/bank check in full.
School year rentals require a signed nine-month lease. Rent is collected by semester. Fall Semester rent is due July 1, 2012 and Spring Semester rent is due November 1, 2012. $2300 damage/security deposit is due upon lease signing to confirm rental. - Summer: $2300/week, School year: $2300/month
