Lake Wilson Preserve House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Cleaning charges are included in stays of 5 nights or more, $105 charge for shorter stays
- Pool heating is optional, but is recommended if you plan on using the pool during the cooler months. There is an additional charge of $50 per week plus taxes for heating of the pool, which must be paid in advance. There is a $50 minimum charge for pool heating due to the time it takes to bring the temperature up. It will normally take between 24-48 hours to completely heat the water and thus advance notice is preferred to aid the delivery of our quality service.
- We accept credit card payments. Our payment terms are 20% of the total rental cost must be received at the time of the booking. The balance is due to be paid in full (and any check etc cleared) at least 30 days prior to arrival. All charges are subject to State and Local taxes.
A cleaning fee of $105 will be charged for any stays of less than 5 nights.
Special snowbird rates are available for rentals of one month (January -- April) upon request.
