Better than the beach - no crowds but all the amenties you want! - Deposit/Payments: To confirm your reservation and lock in the dates for you, we will need a 50% deposit, payable by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express). The balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date, at which point the rental amount is nonrefundable unless we rebook for the dates you had reserved. To recoup the cost of your rental charges if you should have to cancel within 30 days of your arrival, we encourage you to consider buying Trip Cancellation/Interruption insurance.
