Waterfront, beach front, on the quieter bay side of Mission Beach. The ocean is about 90 steps to the west....just across to the west.
This property is located beach and water front. You walk out your private patio, cross the boardwalk which runs in front of the building, and you are on the sand.
Mission Beach is a narrow peninsula of land. On the west side is the Pacific Ocean. The ocean comes down to the southern point of the peninsula and fills the massive Pacific Ocean bay on the east side of the peninsula. Both the west and east sides of the peninsula have a boardwalk running in front of the beach front properties. The boardwalk is directly in front of this property and boarders the sandy beach.
The bay side, where this property is located, is about 90 steps from the ocean side. We are on the quieter side of Mission Beach. Enjoy viewing palm trees and small sail boats and kayaks on the water from your patio. You can even rent these and sail or kayak right on bay
