Amagansett House Summary

This unique house sits all alone on a stretch of land in Amagansett were the ocean and the bay almost collide. The area is called Napeague and it is a haven for outdoor enthusiast. The finest ocean beach is just 1/4 mile walk away to the south. Then there is the bay just to the north with perhaps the best kite surfing in the northeast. The house has been updated with new furnishings and fresh paint. But what makes this house, is the spectacular views. From the huge upper deck you can see the ocean as well as the bay. It is a great spot for a large party to watch the sun go down and the sky light up.

Amagansett House Details

Activities...Kite surfing: This is a great house for anyone that kite surfs. Napeague is a small protected harbor with strong prevailing winds that come in off ocean. From the house there is a primitive path over the tracks to the secluded south side of this harbor. So getting in a car is not necessary. You can kite surf while your friends look on from the deck. There is also a new surf shop not 100 yards away should you need anything.

Restaurants: There are 3 great low key restaurants all within walking distance. The Lobster Roll for Lunch, then there is the Clam Bar and the great after the beach hang out 'CYRIL'S.

Golf: Montauk Downs Golf Course is just 10 minutes away. It is a public course that is top rated.
