Waikoloa Villas is a private, quiet, individually owned condo complex. From this property, there are wonderful coastline views and sunsets. This deluxe second floor 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo is fully furnished with a complete kitchen, dining room, living room and spacious lanai. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, plenty of closet space, vaulted ceiling, ceiling fan and private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds, ceiling fan and a large closet. It is located next to a second full bathroom. This is also where the washer and dryer are located. The kitchen has been recently remodeled with new floor tile, paint, and appliances.

Within a half mile there is a grocery store with a bakery and deli, bank, gas station, doctor and dentist offices, and the Mauna Kea Coffee Company. Be sure to try the 'hone Frappe.' YUM!
