The perfect place to stay to enjoy all that Frankfort and Northern Michigan have to offer. Situated on the highly desirable and tranquil Leelanau Avenue, guests will enjoy a short stroll to the gorgeous coastline and dunes of Lake Michigan and downtown historic Frankfort - one of the few remaining traditional northern Michigan small coastal towns. Once you park your car, you will not need to get in again until you leave. This 3 bedroom, 1 1/2 bath cottage has been completely renovated and re-furnished. We have preserved the tradition of a Northern Michigan cottage, but have incorporated all of the modern conveniences of high definition TV and DVD, WiFi wireless internet, completely new kitchen, including new appliances (fridge w/ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, stove), new cabinets with granite, new hardwood floors, all new furniture, new baths and washer and dryer. The bedrooms and living spaces have been beautifully decorated and will surround your family in warmth and comfort.

Frankfort House Rates

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

  • Rent Saturday to Saturday, Arrival 4:00 pm, Departure Noon.
    Memorial Day-Labor Day .................................. $1400/week.
    Off Season .............. $150/night (2 night minimum) .. $ 700/week.

    Refundable Damage Deposit: $500; refunded within 14 days after depart if no damage.
    Reservations: Advance Payment for Weekly Reservations: $300.
    Early Reservation Discount: 5% off Summer Weekly Reservations made prior to Feb 01.
