Policies: Check in after 3:00 PM. Check out by 10:00 AM. Rates are based on 1 to 4-person occupancy. No pets or smoking allowed. Please remove shoes prior to entry. - Deposit/Payment: We require a 20% U.S. deposit to book the unit. The unit will be reserved for you when we receive the deposit. The remaining balance is due in full 45 days prior to arrival.
Refunds: All canceled reservations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee. A full refund (less the $50 cancellation fee) will be granted if cancellation is made within 45 days of arrival. 50% will be refunded if canceled 30-45 days prior to arrival. There will be no refunds if canceled 30 days or less prior to arrival.
There will be no refund for cancellations made after November 1st of bookings between December 15th and January 1st.
