  • Weekly Rates are booked on a Friday-to-Friday week with Check-In after 4:00 p.m. and Check-Out before 10:00 a.m. the following Friday.

    When you are ready to make a reservation, a deposit is required to secure your time. A deposit of 50% of the rental rate is processed at the time of booking with the balance processed on the day of arrival. The Goods and Services Tax of 5% is collected on all reservations.

    We accept Visa and MasterCard charge cards for payment only.
  • CANCELLATION POLICY
    In the case of a cancellation, written notice must be received no less than 30 days prior to the reservation for a refund on deposit. No refunds on deposits can be made with less than 30 days notice of cancellation.
    A $100.00 administration fee is always deducted from a deposit upon cancellation.

    DAMAGE DEPOSIT
    A damage deposit of $500.00 is required for long term stays and will be processed on the arrival date and held to cover any incidentals that might arise. The damage deposit will be returned and credited to the credit card used for the reservation, one week after departure, provided there is no damage to the unit beyond normal wear and tear.
