Outstanding location to the beach - about 20 steps from the driveway. This three bedroom condo is on the top level of a two-story building in Tower Shores, a quiet family-friendly beach resort with easy access to wide, beautiful beaches. Tower Shores is adjacent to the Delaware State Seashore. This State Park and Nature Preserve is a beach where dogs are always welcome. You may fish from the shore or from the rocks in the Indian River Inlet. The condo is seven miles south of Rehobeth and Dewey, and 14 miles north of Ocean City, Maryland. Biking is easy since it is so level and there are bike lanes. There is a restaurant, Seaside Grill, at the end of Bay Road on Route 1 - if you don't feel like cooking. The kitchen is fully furnished for those who like to create their own tasty dishes. Please come and enjoy a week at our cozy beach condo.

Close - 20 steps - to the beach! Nice family park one block away. Restaurant at the end of the road on Route 1, The Seaside Grill, known for it's outstanding breakfasts. This condo is on Bay Road - the last building on the left before you reach Ocean Road. This is the best price for a 3 BR this close to the beach. Enjoy your summer!
