Mitchell. 5 person can sleep on comfortable down-filled sofa if necessary.

Notes: Air conditioner is a window unit in the dining room. For the most part, A/C is not required and one of the benefits of mountain living. To maximize coolness in the house, keep the windows closed during the day and open them at night. The A/C can be circulated into other rooms with a fan in the hallway and by using the ceiling fans - I have lived in Asheville comfortably for eight years and have only wanted more A/C a few times. You will get a great benefit by having the windows open in the mornings...there are lots of birds that chirp away...it can sound like a jungle at times...Enjoy!!!!!

Close to everything!: This charming 1920's Arts and Crafts Cottage is located within 6 minutes to the center of downtown, 5 minutes to shopping in Biltmore Village or the Biltmore Estate and within fifteen minutes to most everything else in Asheville. Grocery stores and restaurants are close by and downtown. Blue Ridge Parkway is 2 minutes away. This is one of the most convenient spots in Asheville - easy to get to and easy to get around. Home is located in a neighborhood on a street that is not a thoroughfare. Neighborhood consists of charming 20s to 50s homes.
