Majestic mountain views dominate the landscape on one side while the other side has views of downtown Winter Park where shopping, restaurants, bars, a liquor store, and convenience store are just steps away. Our unit is a great base for whatever vacation you plan. In the summer, you can cook out on the grills on our condo lawns, and eat out on our balcony while taking in the continental divide. During the day, participate in all that Winter Park and surrounding areas have to offer, whether you are an avid mountain sports enthusiast or just want to relax and stroll through enchanting mountain towns. In the winter, we are 5 minutes away from one of the best ski resorts! It has 3 mountains, a bowl, chutes, tough expert runs, and glorious beginner and intermediate runs. Opportunities abound in Winter Park! It is a charming, friendly town with lots of shopping and restaurants. Five minutes away is some of the best skiing in Colorado at Winter Park Ski Resort, also open in the summer with the longest alpine slide in Colorado, a maze, rock climbing wall, mountain biking, hiking, and miniature golf. Only a half hour ride away is the stunning Rocky Mountain National Park located at Grand Lake where you can go boating and walk through another quaint shopping town. In the winter, there's also a big snow tubing hill, snowmobiling nearby and an ice skating rink right next to our condo building. Across the street from our condo is a child's playground available winter and summer. There's always a lot going on, with festivals coming to town throughout the spring, summer and fall. Enjoy!

  • Our unit has a master bedroom located on the first level, streaming with light from its skylights and has a queen-size bed and views of the mountain. The second bedroom, also on the first level, has a queen-size bed and TV and DVD/VCR with its own entrance and a Romeo & Juliet balcony overlooking the mountains. The large loft, located on the third level, has two twin beds and space for spreading out! The living room has a pull-out queen-size sleeper sofa.

Ski: Winter Park Ski Resort is a great place to ski, whether you're a beginner or expert. There are many ski school programs for children or adult beginners, or private lessons available for those who want to improve! The snow is the most consistent for all of the resorts in Colorado, and it's only about 90 minutes from Denver International Airport.

Guest Book: 'We were very comfortable. Kids loved twins in loft and the sofa was great! We loved the beautiful view and enjoyed watching kids' videos on the super-comfy couch at night!'
