Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Development fee $25, $50 and $100 Linens $50. Cleaning fee $150.00
- The following holidays are a minimum 3 night booking.

Must be paid within 48 hours of signing lease agreement. Full payment required 30 days in advance of arrival. No exceptions..

- All bedrooms have attached bath. The master bedroom faces the lake and has a California king sized bed. The twin bed room also faces the lake, the beds can be converted into a queen/king sized bed. There is also a queen size sleep sofa in the living room with a six inch coil mattress, and a queen sized bed in the third bedroom. Queen size Murphy bed in lower level with a queen size Serra mattress.
