Nearby Activities and Attractions: Condo # 302A overlooks Spring fed Comal River above tube chute - bring your tube and jump in or you can rent them next door at Texas Tubes. Schlitterbahn opens weekends April 28 and daily May 19 - August 26. Weekends thru Sept. 15th. You can buy discount cards at HEB or look for discount coupons locally. Walking distance to Historic downtown area for great shopping. Walking distance to Landa Park - paddle boats, golf, mini golf, mini train ride, hiking panther mountain. Walk to Wurstfest Nov. 3-12 a German party you don't want to miss. Gruene Hall Texas oldest dance hall. Dry Comal Creek Vineyards - enjoy winery tours, tastings. Natural Bridge Caverns & Wildlife Ranch, Snake Farm. Outlet Malls, San Antonio River Walk, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Sea World, Texas Ski Ranch, Canyon Lake just to name a few.

Driving Directions: From Houston: Take I-10 West to New Braunfels/McQuenney Exit #607. FM-78 West go right, After you pass the Guadalupe River turn right at light FM-725 stay on this all the way (you will go under I-35) this road turns into Seguin Ave and you will go under an old underpass stay in right lane go around center gazebo halfway turning right staying on Seguin - stay straight to stop sign. (do not go under the underpass) You should be at stop sign and Zink Street. Turn right. Go one block turn left on Market - go over RR tracks River Run Condos on left. From Austin or San Antonio: Take I-H 35 exit 187 Seguin Ave go north towards downtown follow instructions above.

Floating/Friends & Fun: After you float past the chute you will then float past one of Schilterbahn's parks and watch people bungee jump right above you. It takes approx. 2 hours to float the Comal River. The Guadalupe River is just minutes away for floating and white water rafting as well. Of course you might just prefer to stay on the relaxing park like grounds of the Condo and enjoy the beautiful afternoons and evenings with all the friends you will meet cooking out on the BBQ pits. Sometimes you will find guitar picking and singing or playing horse shoes or a game of basketball. Of course the hot tub always has some kind of laughter going on. Bring your friends and family to River Run Condo Unit 302A Note: We are beginning our remodeling outside the Resort Complex. This is on the lower levels and does not effect my Condo located on the 3rd floor. This should not be a bother to you during your stay. Once this project is over the Resort will be even more beautiful.
