Four bedroom, two bath, pool home close to Disney. This Four bedroom home with two bathrooms has its own screened in heated pool and it’s located in Doral Woods, Kissimmee. The 192 and all its amenities are close by. Disney is 10/15min drive. We accommodate Disney vacationers, groups attending Orange County Convention centre, International Drive visitors: - The Magic Kingdom, Epcot, MGM Studios, Animal Kingdom, Blizard Beach and Typhoon Lagoon, Universal Studios, and Islands of Adventure, City Walk, and Sea World are also close by. Orlando International airport is 45 minutes and Sanford airport one hour and ten minutes away. This home has FREE INTERNATIONAL CALLS AND FREE LONGDISTANCE - quite a plus for our out of state and over seas guests. WE ALSO HAVE FREE WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS - HIGH SPEED.

Doral Woods, Kissimmee is a blend of residential and vacation properties. It takes one hour to get to the beach! Tampa is a 40 minute drive, so is Bush Gardens. The property is newly built to a high standard, The home provides an ideal place to relax and unwind at the end of an exhausting day at the parks. The pool area has table and chairs plus loungers for those wishing to sunbathe or relax and eat out by the pool. There is also a gas BBQ. The pool has optional heat for the cooler months. This is a housing development located off Poinciana Boulevard , one of the main routes to Disney and central Florida attractions.     Just finished a week at 2900 Doral Woods and Disney. The house was clean and the pool and deck/lanai are very nice. During our stay the wireless network was being installed. All the appliances and other things in the house were in good condition and worked great.   • This home also has 2 rollaway beds - gives flexibility - included in the rate. It was just great to get up in the morning and have a nice breakfast and head to the parks. After long days, to be able to come home and have something to eat and have a house big enough to all go your own way was very relaxing. The kids enjoyed having their own beds, tv and pool. We went to the 4 Disney Parks, Universal, Sea World, and the Ocean. I can't begin to describe the comfort of coming 'home' every night. It's so nice to be able to unpack for the week and not have to worry about your 'stuff'. Thanks Michelle and we hope to be able to do a trip like this again.

Large fridge with freezer and ice maker, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, large stove, crock pot etc., The family room has has cable TV with DVD and VCR and wireless internet .The master bedroom has a KING bed, PLUS PATIO DOORS OUT TO THE POOL. plus TV AND DVD and is ensuite with large walk in shower The second bedroom is a KING WITH TV. The third is 2 X TWIN, The fourth 2 x twin in winnie the pooh with tv and vcr. These rooms share a bathroom. The property has a utility (washer and dryer), garage with remote opener, and private drive way.

The amenities of a vacation homes provide so much more than a hotel, for your trip to Disney. There is a 7 Eleven gas station and convenience store 3 minutes drive away. For more substantial grocery shopping there is Publix, a Pizza shop, Chinese take out, liquor, video store, Taco Bell, McDonald's, KFC, Sonny's BBQ all just another 5 minutes away. Solivita, and the Oaks golf club plus numerous other golf courses are near by. Horseback/trail riding, The Nature Conservancy trails, Kissimmee Lake front park with boat trips, rentals, fun water fountains, children's playgrounds are good options for none park days. Visit Kennedy space center and Cocoa Beach - 1 hour away. St. Petersburg and Clearwater are 1 and 1/2 hour drive.

A renters comment : Thanks for a relaxing vacation. We stayed at 2900 Evans Way, and it was very quiet. Plenty of room for all. We were in the wilderness corridor, and we made a new friend, a wild black pig (we originally thought was someone's ugly dog), who made a couple of appearances in the yard (outside the screened walls, of course!). We were just never quick enough with the camera, though. You can't beat the value of staying in a home vs. hotel (also the value of Universal vs. Disney!).
