Fully equipped kitchen and a half bath on this level. The sofa is a queen sleeper. The third floor has two bedrooms with king and queen beds and each have their on private bath. You will not believe the views and how convenient the beach access is. This unit has just been renovated with fresh paint, some new carpet and all new bedspreads, very neat and clean.
