Deer Valley Condo Details
This condo is one of five in a building that has one of the best views of the ski slopes and the valley that you will find. Each unit is built like a townhome: no one above or below you. There is an open garage under the building that is street level and each unit has two unassigned, 'first available' parking spaces. There is also parking outside on the upper level by the front door. The building is quiet and well insulated and this unit has been completely renovated.
The lower level has two more bedrooms and a laundry center. One bedroom has a Queen Bed and bunkbeds with a full bath and single jetted tub. The other bedroom is the Master with a King bed and a full bath with single jetted tub. We have the best location for privacy, access to the ski slopes and view. When we are there, we do not want to leave (except to ski). ADDITIONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: * ADD Tax to ALL Rentals. * Weekly Rentals are Saturday to Saturday. * We take checks at our discounted price and would be happy to take your credit card but they charge us for that service so we must pass that on to you if you choose to pay with a card. * For more information, or to book your dates, call us (see phone number below). * When you see this beautiful spot of Mountain Beauty you will want to return every year.
