49.00 non refundable security deposit is required. This is used to purchase 1500.00 worth of renters coverage for you. This is purchased through Home Away's Renters Protection Program when you secure your reservation. This gives you peace of mind that everything is covered in case anything happens during your stay. With this you don't have to give your credit card or large deposit .
When comparing condos, be sure to check if they offer Air Condition in the main living areas and not only in just the bedrooms. Our entire condo is fully Air Conditioned. This is essential to have or you will have to depend on wind from the outside to cool you off when the average temperature in Puerto Rico i - We take your security very seriously! We have invested in a top of the line lock for the condo.
All renters get a UNIQUE lock combination that only works during their stay. No two people will ever have the same code. This also eliminates any fear of losing a key during your stay. Easy to open, easy to close. This is great feature when you have a lot of people entering and leaving the condo at different times.
