Conway House Rates
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- There is a $150 refundable security deposit. It will be returned promptly provided tenant leaves the house and its contents in good order. Winter ski season security deposit is $1000.
There is a $100 cleaning fee.
There is a mandatory New Hampshire Hotel Tax of 9%. - ]Fall weekends $300, $400 for 3 day long weekend. Fall weeks (6 nights) $600.
Winter ski season rentals 4 and half months- $4000 plus security deposit and utilities.
