- Peak rates Memorial Day To Labor Day $200.00 Per. Night.Plus Holidays.
- 50% of rental rate deposit required at time of booking. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival date.
Pets considered, must have approval and if allowed $10/pet/night extra charge.
Cleaning fee $100.00
Instead of charging a $250 damage deposit we are now requiring damage insurance for $49.00, which will be shown in your quote/payment request - For major holidays as Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years see Peak season rates,
