75' of private beach. Run from the water to the hot tub to warm up and back to the water. Barbecue on the deck. The house is secluded from the wind. Enjoy fabulous morning sunrises and sunsets over the lake. Watch jet skiers and water activity during the day or go for a swim in the usually calm private cove. Drive your boat right up onto the sand to load passengers. Picnic on the beach or on the deck. Hike up round hill for a great view. The large great room is fabulous for evening entertainment while you enjoy breathtaking lake views. Elks Point is centrally located near South Lake Tahoe. California, Stateline, Nevada, Glenbrook, Nevada and similar to incline Village Nevada.

Golf: Edgewood country club, home of the celebrity pro-am tournament in July is just 2 miles away. Lake Tahoe Golf course is about 8 miles away. Other courses are Genoa lakes and Incline village, a short drive away.

Skiing: 10 minute drive to Heavenly valley and fabulous skiing

Boating and beaches.: It doesn't get much better than this without spending a fortune. You can throw a rock into the lake from the deck.
