- 50% due at signing of rental contract. Remaining 50% due 30 days prior to arrival. Security deposit = 25% or $200 (whichever is greater) and will be refunded to renter (less any deductions) within 30 days after check-out.
- Due to the difficulty (and high cost) of contracting cleaning services in the off-season in Provincetown, a minimum stay of 3 nights is required. Last minute booking requests are difficult to accommodate for the same reasons.
