Policies:
• The full payment for the reservation must be received at least 30 days in advance to arrival for securing the rental, unless otherwise a special arrangement is made with and agreed by the owner in advance.
• For reservations made in less than 30 days to arrival, full payment is required and partial or no refunds on cancellations.
• A refundable $150 security deposit is required for securing the reservation.
• Rental Agreement is sent at time of reservation via fax or email.
• All rates are subject to 12% tax.
• A cleaning fee of $65.00 per reservation will be charged for reservations less than 7 nights.
• Rates are subject to change anytime, but will not affect guests who already secured a reservation.
** 3% fee will be charged for using PAYPAL payment
---------- - A) The guests may cancel the holiday booked at any time it has been confirmed. Cancellation must be in writing in the form of a letter or email.
B) The following cancellation charges will apply to all rental canceled:
• Over 30 days prior to check in: deposit refunded minus $20 processing fee.
• Between 20 to 30 days prior to check in: security deposit retained as credit.
• Between 10 to 20 days prior to check in: 50% Rental retained as credit.
• Within 10 days: 100% Rental retained as credit.
• Credit must be used in a year for future rental.
Note: We will NOT keep the deposits/rental fees except the minimum $20 processing fee if the property can be re-rented in any above case
C) The $150.00 security/damage deposit is refunded back after inspection & within 7 days after departure.

Great location for visiting Orlando theme parks: The Towns of Legacy Park is a brand new town home community which is located just off US 27 and about 1 mile south of the intersection of US 27/US 192. It is just about 10 - 15 minutes of drive to the main gate of Disney World, 20 minutes to Sea World, and 25 minutes to Universal Studio. Shopping plazas and fine restaurants are just minutes away.
Comfort accommodation for vacation stay: This two-story, 2-bedroom, 2 1/2-bathroom townhouse has 2 upstair master suites, one with a king bed and the other with 2 twin beds, and each has a full bathroom. Living room, dining area, kitchen, and a half bathroom are downstairs. There is 1 attached garage. 2 full-size sofa beds are provided in the living room for 2 additional guests. Fully equipped kitchen, includes oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, waste-disposal, coffee machine, toaster, blender etc. All cooking utensils, pots, crockery and cutlery are included. There is also a separate laundry room including washing machine, tumble dryer, Iron and ironing board. High-speed Internet access and TVs with cable will keep you connected and entertained during your stay. The community also offers a nice large swimming pool and spa.
