Beautiful 2 bedroom townhouse style villa perfectly positioned on the 2nd fairway of Hilton Head Island's World Class Harbour Town Golf Links. You can watch the golfers from your living room or deck and cool off in the beautiful pool just steps from your front door. Walking distance from the clubhouse and Harbour Town's scenic marina with it's beautiful lighthouse, wonderful restaurants, shopping and nightlife beckon you to enjoy Low-Country life at its very best. The villa has a breakfast area in the kitchen next to a sunlit window and a dining room with skylights adjacent to the living room which was newly decorated with a plush leather sofabed, loveseat and chair. It is equipped with a new 37 inch LCD TV. Off the living room is a bi-level deck where you can relax and watch the golfers while cooking on a new Weber gas grill. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, private bath and balcony overlooking the golf course. The guest room sleeps 4 on 2 double beds and has its own bath

This peaceful community of Gleneagle Green is tucked away behind the Sea Pines Center where you can enjoy a casual breakfast at the Calibogue Cafe, lunch or dinner at Truffles or stroll through the shops. You can also board the Sea Pines Trolley here to various destinations in Sea Pines if you prefer not to bike ride. Bikes can be rented at the Sea Pines Center.
