- For over 6 people there is a $35. charge per person, per day, with a maximum of 8.
- There is a security/damage deposit of $1000. A non-refundable deposit of $250. (which will be counted toward your final payment) is required to guarantee your dates. Complete payment is due no less than 15 days prior to arrival date. We accept cash or checks or you may use your credit card using PayPal, however you will have to pay the fee (approximately 3%). Any cancellations will cause the loss of your deposit. Pool is heated from mid May to Mid October. Spa is heated year round.
- The pool and house are for the exclusive use of registered guests only. This is a quiet rural residential area. Inviting others in for parties is not permitted by the owner or the county.
