Activities include a day at the beach or pool, biking, golf, kayaking, jet skiing, or hiking in the state park. When you are prepared to relax after a long day, enjoy watching the 42' Samsung LCD 1080 flat screen TV in the family room or 37' Samsung LCD 1080 flat screen TV in the master BR. Five(5) second walk to adult/kids pool, hot tub, Viking grilling stations, library, and workout facility. Great golf at Va Beach TPC course, Signature at West Neck, and Hell's Point. The gourmet kitchen offers granite counter tops, all new appliances, and a new blender for your tropical refreshments. Out on the balcony, seating around the porch table is perfect for your morning coffee and reading.

Amenities: Viking gas grills, teak tables, pools and hot tub, game rooms, fitness center, library, free parking, and new in 2008 the Tiki Hut Bar and Grill on the ocean......with 'in-pool' seating. The Wildlife Refuge adds an additional nine miles of natural beach, including biking and hiking trails.

Other amenities: Ample space in the garage level storage unit to place beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella, and toys!!! This frees up living space in your home away from home.
