HELPFUL INFORMATION: *The driveway is a private cul-de-sac serving other residences on the East shore of Cayuga Lake. *SUNSET HOUSE, located next to last house, is a member of a 30+HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION - Great neighbors. *NEARBY: twenty easy miles to the heart of ITHACA, 30 minutes to SKANEATELES and 30 minutes to Auburn. *Plus or minus 1 hr to Syracuse, Rochester, Corning and Watkins Glen. *Tap water from a drilled well is not for drinking – water for cooking and drinking is provided. (directions/location for refilling water provided) * WI-FI AVAILABLE - 1 MILE AT COLLEGE LIBRARY - Cell phone is necessary and reception can be a problem. *Linens and towels are available. Bringing your own is preferable. Blankets and pillows provided. ACTIVITIES AND ATTRACTIONS: * Bikes and helmets available for biking in beautiful countryside * 9 or 18 HOLE GOLF COURSE, WINE TRAIL and-3 1/2 miles to Goose Watch Winery boat dock by boat. * Mackenzie-Child's Pottery Factory, Bass Pro Shop, Outlet Mall.
