Nestled in the trees off of Harts Neck Road in Tenants Harbor is this wonderful two bedroom upstairs gambrel roofed barn apartment. The spacious 2nd floor plan gives the feeling of a fairyland in the sky, overlooking a clear view of the mouth of Tenants harbor and the islands and ocean beyond. The furnishings are very comfortable including lovely antiques and beautiful old wood floors as well as a complete kitchen .
The barn apartment living area is about 1200 square feet with an open living room and dining area and kitchen. There is a wood stove in the living room as well as a television, DVD and VCR. In addition to the wood-stove the apartment is heated with a monitor heater. The kitchen is fully appointed, including a dishwasher and microwave and all appliances and cooking utensils. There is a full bathroom with shower and tub, and a washing machine and dryer. There are two bedrooms, one queen bed and two single beds, and one full bathroom.

The first floor wing has the living room with fireplace, the master bedroom (queen bed), and an adjoining deluxe full bathroom and French doors to a fully appointed south-facing terrace. Upstairs is a big bedroom with twin beds and full bathroom. This house has 4 bedrooms (three with twin beds (convertible to king) and one with a queen bed) and 3 bathrooms (two with tub and shower & double sinks, one with a shower and mini tub). A crib is available on request as well as a high chair. There is a guest house on the property as well - this is a fully equipped house with full kitchen, laundry, etc. 2 bedrooms.
