- Minimum Age Limit for Renters : Must be at least 25 years old to rent.

We do take credit cards or PayPal, but prefer checks.
For all credit cards, a 3.9% charge will apply. However, if you pay by check the fee will not be added.
A rental agreement will be mailed/emailed to you to sign and mail back, along with a damage deposit of $300.00 to secure your booking. Once your damage deposit and rental agreement are received, a receipt will be mailed back to you confirming your reservation.The remaining amount is due 45 days before your rental period begins. - Cancellation Policy: If Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, the $300 damage/reservation deposit will be refunded as follows:
100% if canceled 45 days prior to the Check-in Date, less a $30 administrative fee
0% if canceled less than 45 days prior to the Check-in Date
