Oversized windows and terrace doors provide enhanced natural lighting and a spectacular view of the prolific gardens, the Sierra Madre, the golf course and other beautiful residences in the area. The living room is spacious and comfortable with terrace doors leading out to the pool area. There is enough room in the dining area to seat 6 comfortably and the kitchen breakfast bar is a great place to sit and visit while the cook is creating a delicious meal. The master bedroom has a deluxe queen-size bed, full ensuite, large closet and a charming balcony overlooking the pool. The second bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted to a comfortable king-size bed, a spacious closet and a balcony looking toward the tree-lined street. In addition, there is a full bathroom with access off this bedroom. The back yard is private and has a lovely pool and 4 comfortable lounge chairs. There ia a large patio table with 6 chairs, a pool bar with 5 bar stools, & a bodega with bathroom & towels.
